FAQ

WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU!

Q: What kind of health and safety protocols do you have at the hotel?

A: Your well-being is our top priority, and we are taking the highest precautions to receive you and ensure a safe stay for all visitors.

We have implemented detailed prevention measures within the hotel. Antibac-terial stations can be found in all common and private areas; guests and staff are asked to maintain social distancing in communal areas, including the yoga shala, restaurants and gratitude tent; and cleaning and disinfection has increased in all spaces with an emphasis on frequent contact surfaces.

Our staff also follows strict hygiene measures upon entering the property, and we have medical assistance from our permanent onsite doctors.
